Ingredients

1. Bread cut in slices of equal size
2. Avocado or cucumber
3. Paneer
4. Tomatoes
5. Salt
6. Ground black Pepper
7. Butter

Directions

1. Spread a thin layer of butter on the first slice of bread
2. Put thin slices of tomato on it
3. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper
4. Spread a thin layer of butter on the second slice of bread
5. Cover the first layer with it and spread butter on the side facing up
6. Put avocado on this layer and season with salt and pepper
7. Butter the third layer of bread and put it on the previous two
8. Spread butter on the side facing up
9. Layer the paneer on the bread and add salt and pepper
10. Butter the fourth slice of bread and put on top of the paneer
11. Wrap the sandwich in a wet cheese cloth and leave for 5 minutes
12. Unwrap and cut the crusts off and cut in half
13. Serve with tomato sauce
