3 in 1 this recipe is for those who love to experiment. We suggest 3 versions of Dry Sabji. However, you are welcome to invent your own sabji based on these.

Ingredients

  1. Oil
  2. Salt
  3. Tomato paste
  4. Garam masala or fresh chilli
  5. Ground coriander
  6. Turmeric
  7. Cumin
  8. Fresh coriander leaves

Combination 1

  1. 100 grams boiled potatoes diced into cubes
  2. 100 grams red pepper diced into cubes

Combination 2

  1. 100 grams carrots diced into cubes
  2. 100 grams cooked green peas

Combination 3

  1. 100 grams yardlong beans
  2. 100 grams cabbage cut into cubes

Directions

  1. This method is for each combination - Add 3 tbsp oil in a pan, heat the oil
  2. Add turmeric, cumin and salt and sauté for a while
  3. Stir in the vegetable of combination 1 - boiled potatoes and pepper Or combination 2 - carrots and green peas or Or combination 3 - yardlong beans and cabbage
  4. Fry on low heat for 15 minutes
  5. While cooking sprinkle with a little water so that the vegetables become soft
  6. Once cooked add ground coriander, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves and 1 heap tbsp tomato paste, Mix in well and cook for a few minutes
  7. Serve with roti
